My broad educational background enables me to assess business and legal issues holistically and develop effective solutions. As a licentiate in economics from the University of St. Gallen, an attorney, and a graduate of the Master of Comparative Law program, I combine expertise in business administration, law, and international affairs.

I understand corporate responsibility from a wide variety of perspectives. After beginning my career as an attorney in the Zurich courts, I worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in Switzerland and Italy. I then successfully established three of my own small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Italy, two of which I subsequently sold. As a member of the executive board of a Swiss company, I was also responsible for its expansion into various European markets.

I work independently and handle every case personally. Where appropriate, I supplement my own expertise with a proven network of seasoned specialists. In this way, I ensure that my clients’ interests are represented competently, efficiently, and consistently at all times.
